Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

Aggravating as the variety of secretive approach to otherwise straightforward matters that comes with your ruler Mars’ presence in Scorpio may be, you’ll soon be glad you kept things to yourself. This not only prevents pointless misunderstandings, it gives you time to reflect on your current position and future plans.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

When certain arrangements were first organised, others said they’d deal with the financial or practical side of things. While, at the time, you regarded that as a relief, since then you’ve been worried about whether things will be done the way you would. They won’t. But still, they’ll be fine.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

In early November, your ruler, Mercury, moved to accent close alliances of both a personal and professional nature. Since then, you’ve learnt a lot, often as the result of puzzling misunderstandings. Annoying as these were at the time, what you’ve learnt in the process of resolving them more than justifies the effort involved.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

As a Cancerian, you’re well aware of the lunar influence, so have a strong sense of the stillness fostered by the current New Moon. Enough that you’re happy to sidestep contentious issues just to get things decided or done. Others seem convinced long term plans are pressing but you know they can wait.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

Exciting, if not promising, as recent ideas, developments or offers were, pursuing them would come at a price, in terms of existing plans and, possibly, issues with those involved. Or so you think. Despite that, at least ask how they feel. Their flexibility and willingness to rearrange plans could surprise you.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

For you, as a Virgo, planning ahead doesn’t just come naturally, it gives you a sense of order and control over your life. But, as you’ve undoubtedly noticed, with both November’s Full Moon, on the 3rd and the current New Moon accenting those decisions, you’ve had to make changes, possibly more than once.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

If asked, nobody would regard you as stubborn or fixed in your thinking. Yet you tend to be hesitant about making changes, especially if they could be disruptive or upset others. Judging by the recent potent link between your ruler Venus and Uranus, planet of innovation, you’ve no choice but to undertake changes.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

When you first organised certain joint ventures, your aims and others’ ideas were in accord. So much you didn’t question how things would proceed. You’re now wishing you had. Don’t be shy about raising this. Those involved realise they can’t deal with it all, and will be grateful if you take things over.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

Although every sign is influenced by the current New Moon, the fact it’s actually in Sagittarius indicates you’ll be giving serious thought to what works, what doesn’t and what should go. Clear cut as certain situations are, with others you may need to think things through before you know what’s best.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

Usually, however, intriguing an idea or offer, you’ll think carefully about whether it makes sense for you. With so much change going on in the heavens, there are lots of ideas floating around and few solid facts to reflect on. That being the case, for now, focus on exploration. Decisions can wait.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

A little over a week ago the forthright Mars moved to accent the structure of your life. That is, where you live, work and the balance between the two. Since then numerous questions about these have arisen, some seemingly urgent. While decisions can’t wait forever, it’s worth exploring all your options.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

The odds are good that your life is overflowing with questions, some thought-provoking, others totally lacking in answers. In every case, ignore those feelings of urgency you’re experiencing and take things slowly. This will give you an opportunity to delve into the deeper questions at the core of these matters.
