Saba Qamar, Mawra Hocane and Mahira Khan to attend Masala! Awards in Dubai

Bollywood actors Celina Jaitly, Arjun Rampal, Govinda, Boman Irani and Daisy Shah will also be gracing the occasion

Pakistani divas Mahira Khan, Saba Qamar and Mawra Hocane are all set to attend the Masala! Awards in Dubai this year!

Held in United Arab Emirates every year, the awards are a platform for both artists from India and Pakistan to come together under one roof.

Talking to The Express Tribune, Masala! UAE Editor, Lekha Menon confirmed the presence of three stars at the 10th Awards function.

"Mahira Khan, Mawra Hocane and Saba Qamar will be attending the event, and we might have Meera as well!" revealed Menon.



Taking to Instagram, the magazine announced Saba's participation in the show with a video.

Congratulating the Masala! Awards on their 'fabulous' 10 years, the Hindi Medium star added, "I'm really excited to be a part of the celebrations in Dubai on December 13. Love you all. I hope to see you soon!"

Sanam Teri Kasam star Mawra also took to Twitter and wrote, "See you in Dubai!"



Apart from Saba and Mawra, rumour has it that Urwa Hocane, Farhan Saeed and Fawad Khan will also be attending the awards ceremony. Bollywood actors Celina Jaitly, Arjun Rampal, Govinda, Boman Irani and Daisy Shah will be gracing the occasion from India.

Speaking about the awards, Bollywood actor and activist Celinasaid, “It is impressive to see how prominent South Asians have influenced and enriched the everyday lives of people in the UAE. It is wonderful to know and see that South Asians, especially the Indian community have contributed immensely towards Dubai’s successful journey.”

“Being a part of Masala! Awards’ most influential jury is like celebrating the continued contribution of every South Asian towards the vision and glory of the UAE as a nation and Dubai’s success as the world’s most futuristic city,” she added.
