Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

Judging by this month’s series of potent links to Uranus, which is about everything new, exciting and unexpected, and began with the clash between your ruler Mars and Uranus, you’re on a roller coaster of ongoing changes. For now, explore everything. You’ll turn those ideas into decisions, but not until late December.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

For you, as an earth sign, facts aren’t just information you can rely on, they keep you from getting involved in appealing but risky arrangements. But the thing is, with the retrograde Mercury triggering confusion anyway, you’re better off exploring absolutely everything, including what seems unlikely, then making decisions later.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

Rarely has the planetary setup been so promising and so exciting yet, at the same time, so remarkably unsettled. That being the case, explore absolutely everything that comes your way in depth, and organise future plans. Yet be conscious things could change or, even, those plans could vanish, and possibly overnight.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

Few things upset you more than when others change plans at the last minute, and clearly haven’t given a thought to whether it’s inconvenient or upsetting to those around them. Now that you, similarly, need to reorganise things you’re worried about causing problems. Simply explain. Everybody will understand, and happily make those changes.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

It’s easy to blame the retrograde Mercury for most of the problems you’re currently facing. But these go back a long way, and Mercury’s only in reverse motion from 3 to 23 December. It’s just the minor errors this triggered have inconvenienced you enough you could no longer ignore them.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Over the past several days, you’ve spotted and had to correct the errors of others. While most situations were unimportant, a few could have been costly in terms of time, money or even somebody’s reputation. Keep a close eye on the individuals in question. Their carelessness can, and will, cause problems.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

Long ago you realised that, often, what you don’t say can be even more important than what you do. For now, trust instincts that suggest you simply don’t mention certain persistent but perplexing issues. Once you know more, in late December, you’ll be well informed enough you can discuss them logically.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

On 22 October, the warrior planet Mars moved into the most reflective and strategic angle of your chart, beginning a cycle during which you’ve faced, and dealt with, serious questions. This was often challenging. Now, as Mars moves into Scorpio, you’ll be grateful for all you learnt about worldly matters and, more important, yourself.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

Having been born under perhaps the most inquisitive sign of the zodiac, you’re usually the first to know about almost everything. But even you could be surprised, if not taken aback, by the extraordinary events triggered by the current series of alliances to the planet of innovation and the unexpected, Uranus.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

If ever there was a moment when it’s essential you let those who matter, in your personal or your working life, know how important they are, it’s now. Recent difficulties will have led to tense and not always cordial situations. Invest time in discussing and, if necessary, apologising for these now, while it’s easily done.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

You don’t think of yourself as a perfectionist. But you are. The fact is, you rarely undertake even the simplest of plans without having thought things through in detail. However, judging by the swift pace, there’ll be little chance for even quick thoughts, and still less, the variety of analysis you prefer.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Powerful shifts in the planetary setup mean December’s about radical change. While you’ll already sense the direction events are going, instead of making lasting decisions, organise things in such a way you can rethink plans as circumstances, and your priorities shift. You can finalise those plans when things are more settled.
