House Count: Nationalists announce strike for April 30

Parties say that Sindh house count should have been conducted by the army.

KARACHI: Sindh’s nationalist parties have announced that they will strike to protest against alleged irregularities in the house count, said Awami National Party leader Bashir Khan at a press conference with nationalist leader Jalal Mehmood Shah.

They said that the Sindh house count should have been conducted by the army. The count in Karachi and Hyderabad was filled with falsifications, they added. They also opposed the division of provinces. Jalal Muhammad also added that the division of Sindh will not be tolerated.
