Four killed in cylinder blast in Lahore

Locals said the sound of the explosion was so intense that the roof of kitchen was completely damaged

BHAKKAR: Four people were killed when a cylinder exploded in Bhakkar on Wednesday. Rescue 1122 officials said Khadeeja, a resident of Mohalla Kathanwala, was cooking food on a stove in kitchen when the cylinder exploded.

As a result, 34-year-old Khadeeja Bibi, Shamim Bibi, 30, Musa, 7 and Faheem, 5, died on the spot. However, owner of the house Naseer, 40, was also injured in the incident. Locals said the sound of the explosion was so intense that the roof of kitchen was completely damaged.
