Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

A little over a month ago, your ruler Mars moved into tactful Libra and the portion of your chart that accents close alliances, personal and out in the world. This has been as informative as it’s been challenging. The resulting discussions have led to compromises that, otherwise, you’d never have considered.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

There’s a fine line between giving up hard earned ground, which you’ve no intention of doing, and accepting the fact that in certain situations, you’ve miscalculated. Tempting as it is to hope things will work out, that’s unlikely. The trick is to go back a few steps, and rethink things from that point.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

Although the Gemini Full Moon isn’t until Sunday, it would be no surprise if you weren’t already experiencing some of the questions that are a natural, and profitable, part of this cycle. Urgent as they seem, give yourself time to think about them, and just how extensive those changes should be.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

The last thing you’re in the mood to do is confront somebody who’s heavy going at the best of times. But judging by the current planetary setup, you really have no choice. That being the case, organise your thoughts, take a few deep breaths and prepare yourself to take a stand.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

Between the powerful aspects formed to the unpredictable Uranus, recently and in the days to come, and Sunday’s emotionally intense Full Moon, life is unlikely to be quiet. Disruptive as the dramas you’re facing may be, each will be about discussing and dealing with an issue you’ve had no idea how to handle.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Nothing makes you, as a Virgo and an earth sign, happier than being able to base decisions on solid facts. Yet, as has become clear, with the actual foundation on which plans would be based shifting, those facts don’t mean much. Since you can’t avoid making plans, just ensure they can be easily rethought.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

When you decided to keep certain concerns about pivotal arrangements to yourself, you felt the issues in question were nobody’s business but your own. Since then you’ve realised others aren’t just aware what’s going on, they’ve some brilliant ideas to offer. Because of this, the more open you are with them, the better.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Most Scorpios have a knack for knowing when to keep track of facts and which people can be trusted, as opposed to those who need to be carefully watched. This talent is especially crucial now, since somebody is pretending to be reliable when, in fact, it’s very much the reverse.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

You’ve often argued with those who insist that planning ahead isn’t just a good idea, it’s essential. From your perspective, over-planning can mean when amazing ideas or opportunities appear, you’re already tied to arrangements. The amazing events coming you away make this especially the case now. Ensure whatever you organise can be easily changed.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

Although the ideas planet Mercury doesn’t actually begin its cycle of retrograde movement until Sunday, you’re urged to double check your facts and figures now. This may seem both tedious and pointless. However, while it appears things are fine at the moment, those minor errors could surface, and at exactly the wrong time.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

The current potent link between the volatile Mars and your ruler Uranus suggests situations that will be as forthright as, ultimately, they’ll prove to be exciting. Explore everything, ensuring that those who should be included in the plans you’re making are involved from the outset. This isn’t just wise, it’s essential.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

By now you’ve undoubtedly realised that this is one of those periods during which what seem straightforward arrangements could change tomorrow, then change again. Irritating as this is, within a short time you’ll realise that what’s coming next is far better than what’s on its way out.
