Abducted: Woman and 2 kids kidnapped

GUJRANWALA: A woman and her two children were abducted in broad daylight on Monday. The woman’s husband Muhammad Jamal told officials at the capital police office (CPO) that his wife Kausar Perveen, his daughter Asiya, 10, and son Babar, 6, were travelling from Rawalpindi when they were abducted. Jamal said that on Katcha Aiman Abad Road, Mudassar Iftikhar and his three accomplices abducted his family at gunpoint. People’s colony Station House Officer (SHO) Sarfaraz Anjum said that a case had been registered against the accused and that several raids were being conducted to recover Jamal’s family.
