An officer of FIA said that upon receiving information of the suspects manufacturing these drugs in the garb of herbal medicines, the team raided their hide-out and recovered 51 fake brands of tablets, capsules, syrup and powders.
The team also found evidences which showed these medicines were being supplied and sold to 2,000 medical stores across Pakistan.
The agency arrested two suspects identified as Mazhar Hashmi and Irfan. Further proceedings were underway by the team.
