The red carpet event brought forth the cast of the film, which includes names of senior actors like Rehan Sheikh, Sakina Samo and the iconic Talat Hussain. Faizan Khawaja, Adnan Jaffar and graduates of Napa make up the rest of the cast while Ahsan Khan and Neelum Muneer take the lead. Ray Khan and Zayed Sheikh, a Napa graduate, make their production debut with Chupan Chupai. Fellow graduate, Mohsin Ali who was earlier a part of Wrong No. makes his directional debut with this film. Javed Sheikh, one of the biggest names in the industry is also a part of Chupan Chupai but producers did not want to disclose a lot about him in the trailer as he comes as a surprise element.

The producers revealed that it was very challenging for them in the beginning to make this film."Distribution is probably the most difficult part while creating a film because not a lot of people are willing to trust you since you are new in the industry," said the producers. Once filming begun, their biggest challenge was making sure that all the 53 different locations and 20 major characters in the film get to fulfill their purpose on screen. They were thankful that the entire cast trusted them with their vision.

Mohsin when questioned on why he is so adamant on working in comedy movies said, "I think there is nothing better than comedy that we can give to our citizens. Comedy is a very strong genre in our country and what's better than making our people laugh." He also  revealed, "I couldn't queue 'action' when it was Talat saab's first day on set as he was my teacher back at Napa. But he explained that I should forget about the student-teacher relationship on set and ask from him whatever he would ask from any other actor."

Ahsan, the lead actor explained that he was very quick to finish the script and that is primarily what made him choose this film. He further added that Chupan Chupai is a mix of Golmaal, Na Maloom Afraad and The Hangover. Ahsan is known for doing meaningful projects like Udaari and standing up for issues in the society and this film does that. "Chupan Chupai is firstly entertaining, however, it also focuses on unemployment in the country and how people in our society resort to other means to earn a living," stated the Mausam actor.

"Moreover, I feel that we newcomers in the industry should be treated better than the rest because it'll encourage them and help take Pakistani cinema to new heights. I request everyone to please not judge them and give them a fair chance to prove their worth in the industry," said Ahsan. He also revealed that he has signed another film titled Rehbra which is rumoured to be alongside Ayesha Omar.

Neelum also came forward explaining why she decided to choose this film as her debut. "I have always wanted to do the kind of character that was written for me in the script. The choice of director, Ahsan and then the producers were convincing enough for me to sign Chupan Chupai. Also, the actors from Napa are very hard-working. It felt like we were in competition with them because they would be rehearsing all the time," said the Dilnawaz actor.

Talat explained, "The film is very entertaining but it also touches on the different social issues in the country. The film will make you laugh and but also help you recognise the flaws in our society. I believe that it is one of the best ways art can cater to Pakistani community. I am so proud that my students are taking this step and making meaningful contributions to the industry."

Rehan also claimed that working with his students from Napa felt like "passing on the mantle."

The trailer shows five characters who set on a quest to earn some cash through unconventional means. They hit a rough patch after kidnapping the minister's son which lands them in a game of hide-and-seek with the antagonist, Chaudhry - perfectly titled Chupan Chupai. It also hints at a romance between Ahsan and Neelum who play Babu and Pari, respectively. Full of epic one-liners and a police chase, we're hoping Chupan Chupai proves to be a complete entertainment package.
