Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

Your impatience with those who just can’t seem to recognise how pressing certain changes are is understandable. Ironically, however, the questions they’ve raised are worth exploring. These may seem minor, but once you’ve actually taken time to delve into them, you’ll realise they’re not just interesting but of considerable significance.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

There’s no denying the power of the link, early last week, between your ruler Venus and the fortunate Jupiter. However, with so much in transition, you could have been distracted, enough that you didn’t recognise their promise. Review recent ideas, offers and discussions. This will ensure you spot them before more time passes.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

Although you were probably asked for your thoughts or advice about the issues others are wrestling with, that doesn’t mean you’ll have had an answer. What’s more, if your instincts told you things aren’t as bad as they seem, those feelings are correct. Show interest but stop there. This isn’t yours to deal with.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

Having invested a lot of time in thinking about, and possibly worrying about, one particularly crucial discussion, you’re delighted about the outcome. This isn’t just a relief, it’s also made you realise that all dwelling on concerns did was heighten your anxiety, something to remember next time similar matters arise.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

For ages you’ve been wrestling with certain issues on the family or domestic front. Despite your best efforts, nothing seemed to resolve them. Then last weekend’s New Moon brought a timely fresh perspective, one you’d never considered, but also one that’s worked so miraculously that things are now fine.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Out of character as it may be, waste no time trying to figure out the ideal approach for certain tricky matters. With so much in transition, any plans will need to change, and change again. Instead, view what you devise as a bit of an experiment, and you’ll learn from everything you do.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

Don’t be disappointed if a seemingly amazing idea or offer hasn’t turned out as well as expected. With so much in transition, it’s possible this was about meeting new people or drawing you into new situations, not anything lasting. Knowing that, focus on getting to know who or what has come your way.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

While the recent New Moon triggered insights for every sign, the fact it was in Scorpio underlines the importance of giving serious thought to a number of arrangements you’ve been questioning for ages. The issue isn’t the need to make changes, but just how and, possibly even more worrying, when.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

Somebody or, possibly, some situation has so pulled on your heart strings that you’ve made a commitment as passionate as it was unwise. Think this through. What you have in mind could just work, at least it would if you were in less of a hurry to turn a good idea into something lasting.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

Few planetary aspects are more challenging, and prone to triggering misunderstandings, than the current clash between volatile Mars and the cautious, secretive Pluto, which is positioned in Capricorn. If you can’t find something to say, back off, watch and wait. The right words will come, but it may take a while.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

True, the fabulous alliance between sensible Saturn and your ruler Uranus was over a week ago. Yet you’re still benefitting from the amazing and, mostly, unexpected ideas, offers and events it’s triggered. Explore every single one, whatever reservations you have. What seems least promising today could work out perfectly tomorrow.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

The last thing you’re in the mood to do is stir up certain issues that have only just calmed down. But what seemed to be settled was actually because others simply ignored what you’ve said and made decisions without a thought about their effect on you. Speak up now, and be very firm.
