DERA MURAD JAMALI: Armed robbers posing as ordinary commuters looted a passenger bus in Notal, in Nasirabad district early on Sunday morning. The robbers stole jewellery, cash, mobile phones and other valuables worth hundreds of thousands of rupees from the passengers, before forcing the bus to stop near Dera Murad Jamali where they escaped under the cover of darkness. The bus was on its way to Nawabshah from Quetta. The other passengers on the bus blamed the company that owns the service for not having security checks during its night-time commutes. Police in the Nasirabad district are investigating the matter.
