Football: Model Town get a walkover

KARACHI: Model Town Football Club got a bye over Lahore Fighter FC in the fourth National Women Club Football Championship when the latter decided to skip the group B match.

According to the tournament coordinator, Lahore Fighters decided to quit since they were at the bottom of their group without having won a single match. As a result, Model Town FC were awarded three points and three goals.
