Imran granted bail in SSP Junejo case
PTI chief was booked over alleged involvement in attack on the police officer during the 2014 sit-in in Islamabad

An anti-terrorism court (ATC) granted on Tuesday Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan bail in four cases against surety bonds of Rs200,000 each.
Imran had been declared a proclaimed offender in the SSP Asmatullah Junejo case. The police officer was beaten up by protesters at Constitution Avenue, Islamabad on September 1, 2014, less than 24 hours into his first day on the job.
Imran, Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Tahirul Qadri and several others were booked over their alleged involvement in the attack during the 2014 sit-ins in the capital.
Judgement reserved in Imran Khan's disqualification case
According to Express News, the court also ordered Imran to be present during the investigation and give his statement to the police.
Two other cases related to the attack on Pakistan Television (PTV) office and Parliament building in the federal capital.
ATC judge Shahrukh Arjumand adjourned the case hearing till November 24.
