Russian policewomen are battling it out on Instagram for the title of the most beautiful police officer.
The officers have built up something of a fan club in the country that hosts an annual competition to decide who the most beautiful police officer is, MailOnline reported.
As well as policewomen entering the official competition, other officers posed for photographs in their uniforms.

The competition, which started as part of the Day of Police celebrations in Russia, aims to find the country's 'prettiest' female police officer.
The women have entered the beauty contest to show women can be beautiful and strong.
Last year’s winner was road safety inspector Daria Pletneva had to compete against seven others from across the country for the title, which she won at an awards ceremony in St Petersburg.

The Russian interior ministry was recently forced to crackdown on woman police officers wearing short skirts.
The crackdown was brought in to combat the trend toward shrinking hemlines witnessed among female police officers, local media reported.
