Elton John has confirmed that Lady Gaga is his son, Zachary's godmother.

LONDON: Elton John has confirmed that Lady Gaga is his son’s godmother and says the pop star is a real family girl at heart.

Elton, who welcomed baby Zachary with partner David Furnish last December, has confirmed reports that Gaga was indeed chosen for the honour.
