He expressed these views while heading a Punjab government's delegation at successful holding of road-show at DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) Turkey which was attended by Atilla D Yerlikaya, Dr Cihan Genco Cetinkanat, Dr Hasan Kus, Deik Public Private Partnership (PPP) Committee apart from renowned health specialists and businessmen, according to a handout issued on Saturday.
SH&ME Secretary Najam Ahmed Shah gave a detailed presentation to the delegates and highlighted the reform agenda being pursued by the Specialised HealthCare and Medical Education Department. He emphasised the need to steer the health system in partnership with private sector.
At present, a five-member delegation of Punjab government was visiting Turkey to conduct road-shows for PPP project.
