KARACHI: A face off between lawmakers from the Sindh and Punjab assemblies in a friendly cricket contest was organised on Sunday in Karachi.

The match was held at the Moin Khan Academy in Defence Housing Authority with Sindh team led by Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and Punjab by Mian Munir Ahmad.

The event was attended by Sindh Assembly Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani.

Sarfraz, Yasir make interesting confessions


While the city has been international cricket deprived for over a decade, celebrity games are quite the norm.


Earlier this week, the Pakistan Cricket Board [PCB] announced to hold some of Pakistan Super League (PSL) season 3 matches in Karachi as an international security firm has expressed satisfaction with security arrangements at Karachi's National Stadium.
