It’s not Sindh but your politics that will be ruined, Bilawal tells rivals
PPP leader pays homage to martyrs of Karsaz blast on its 10th anniversary in Hyderabad rally
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has launched fresh tirade against Nawaz Sharif and Imran Khan, saying their “politics would turned into ruins” but not the Sindh province.
“Whenever Mian Sahib [Nawaz Sharif] and Khan Sahib [Imran Khan] come to visit Sindh, they claim it presents the picture of ruins … Let me tell you, Sindh won’t be ruined but your politics would,” Bilawal said while addressing a public rally in Hyderabad to mark the 10th anniversary of Karsaz blasts in Karachi.
On October 18, 2007 around 200 people were killed and over 500 others injured when two blasts ripped through the homecoming procession of former prime minister Benazir Bhutto.
PPP will build social democratic society based on justice: Bilawal
The PPP leader paid homage to the martyrs of Karsaz blast, saying it was peoples' love for Benazir Bhutto which saved her in the attack but enemies were after her.
Taking a jibe at the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Bilawal called their politics “foul and childish”.
“The PTI is ready for truce with extremist forces for political expediency while PML-N can sell the whole country for their family” he added.
Earlier in the day, Bakhtawar and Aseefa Bhutto Zardari laid wreaths at the memorial of Karsaz blast martyrs.
