In recent times, one of the most talked about weight loss transformations in Bollywood has been of Sonakshi Sinha. The talented and gorgeous lass became a star after a grand entry in Dabangg where she was paired against superstar Salman Khan. Ruling the hearts of numerous admirers, Sonakshi Sinha was quick to achieve an enviable frame.

The daughter of the veteran actor, Shatrughan Sinha has now become a fitness icon for many. Sedentary lifestyle, lack of exercise and love for junk food were the main reasons behind her previously fuller figure.

With strenuous workout and diet plan, she managed to get rid of her extra weight. “It was a combination of proper diet and vigorous exercise that got me to the shape I am in now,” says Sonakshi.

The 5 feet 6 inch, 30-years-old damsel who has won millions of hearts was not always like this. From weighing 90kg when she was a student of fashion designing to a healthy 60kg till a few months back she has a lost a huge amount of weight. It was neither quick nor easy, but Sonakshi’s efforts had finally paid off.

However, coming across her recent pictures there is an obvious stark contrast from her Dabangg days.

The Noor star appears to be losing an unhealthy amount of weight – that too pretty quickly. Images of her flaunting a gorgeous black ensemble by Arpita Mehta for her reality show in Mumbai has her looking almost emaciated.
