PESHAWAR:
A warehouse for storage of different types of vaccines with a facility of cold storage was inaugurated at Liaquat Memorial Hospital Kohat on Tuesday. K-P Expanded Programme for Immunisation (EPI) Director Abdul Hameed Afridi after inaugurating the warehouse said people of Kohat, Karak and Hangu would benefit from this facility constructed with assistance of Unicef. The warehouse would store vaccines for a long time, he maintained. Afridi directed EPI staff to work hard with dedication. He said anti-polio vaccine would also be stored for the upcoming immunisation campaign in the warehouse. EPI Coordinator Dr Mohabat Bangash and other senior officials were present on the occasion.
