Islamabad Mayor and CDA chairman Anser Aziz has said on Saturday that it is responsibility of Markets and Roads Maintenance Division to keep roads, passages and street in the markets useful and convenience for the citizens.
He expressed these views during a meeting held at CDA Headquarters to review progress of Markets and Roads Maintenance Division. Senior officers of the authority including Member Engineering, Asad Mehboob Kiyani attended the meeting.
Aziz said that resource allocation for constant repair and maintenance of roads in the markets should not be a hindrance. Vigilance, diligence and prompt response to any road deterioration is key indicator for performance of the division.
