
The settlement means the BOA has lost its bid to secure a greater share of the profits from the 2012 Games. The organisation wanted its 20 per cent share based on income from the Olympics without taking into consideration the costs of the Paralympics. But the London organisers, backed by the International Olympic Committee, won their argument that no calculations can be made until both events are completed.
