Mashal murder case: Two magistrates testify in ATC
Mashal was brutally killed by a mob in Mardan’s Abdul Wali Khan University in April
HARIPUR:
Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) special judge Fazal Subhan on Saturday adjourned the hearing of Mashal Khan murder case till Wednesday, October 11 after recording the testimonies of two magistrates in Haripur Central Jail.
The magistrates had recorded the confessional statements of eight suspects during the intial investigation of the case.
Mashal was brutally killed by a mob in Mardan’s Abdul Wali Khan University back in April of this year.
