Ghazain Marri granted bail in Kohlu blast case

The former provincial minister was arrested on September 22 on his return to the country from Dubai after ending his 17-year self-exile.

A local court had granted interim bail to Nawabzada Ghazain in the Justice Nawaz Marri murder case, while a special anti-terrorism court for Sibi granted him bail in the Kholu Levies Station attack case and ordered him to submit Rs400,000 as surety.

However, the district administration detained him under Section 3 of the MPO from the court premises before his release on September 29.
