Firing: Two injured in court premises

KHAIRPUR: Two persons were injured in firing by armed persons on the premises of Khairpur sessions court on Monday. Fida Hussain Gopang and Ali Gohar Gopang had come to court to attend a hearing, when armed men opened fire at them. They were taken to Civil hospital. Doctors said Fida’s condition is serious. Police on duty at the court managed to arrest one of the alleged culprits, Inayatullah Gopang along with his weapon, while the other accomplice escaped. The motive behind the attack is said to be personal enmity.
