‘Honour’ killing: Man hangs daughter from ceiling fan
On Sunday, Janubi village Chak-76 resident Sultan Mehmood killed his daughter Asiya and fled from the scene.
Mehmood’s neighbours said that he had suspected his daughter of having a relationship with a neighbour.
Saddar police have sent the body to the DHQ hospital, Sargodha for an autopsy.
A case has been registered on the application of the girl’s brother Mehmood Sadiq.
