Fergie and Josh Duhamel hit splitsville!

Fergie and Josh Duhamel have decided to part ways after eight years of marriage. The couple just released a statement saying, “With absolute love and respect we decided to separate as a couple earlier this year. To give our family the best opportunity to adjust we wanted to keep this a private matter before sharing it with the public. We are and will always be united in our support of each other and our family.” We wish both parities the best, along with their four-year-old son Axl.



Sana Safinaz close FPW with “Roses and Rue”

Sana Safinaz blew away their audience as Fashion Pakistan Week 2017 came to a close! With over 30 bridal and formal ensembles the queens of couture reminded everyone again why they were given that title in the first place. From grave attention to detail on intricate embroideries and designs to playing with different fabrics and making it all flow together so very beautifully, the collection was an outright hit! With wedding season right around the corner, the collection could not have come at a better time. The SS team closed the show amongst cheers and applause – truly the mother of all GRAND finales!



Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo — Round 2!

Behati Prinsloo reveals she and Adam Levine are expecting their second baby - less than one year after welcoming daughter Dusty Rose in September 2016. The Victoria’s Secret model, 28, took to Instagram on Wednesday to reveal she and Maroon 5 front man husband, Adam Levine, 38, are expecting baby number two. We wish them the best of luck!



Riz Ahmed makes Emmys history

Pakistani-British actor Riz Ahmed has made Emmys history by becoming the first-ever male of Asian descent to win an award for acting at the 69th Primetime Emmy Awards. Riz was nominated for lead actor in “The Night Of” and for his guest stint in HBO’s “Girls”. He also presented a segment at the awards which were held on September 17 in Los Angeles, California.



Selena Gomez has a kidney transplant

Selena Gomez recently received a kidney transplant from television actor Francia Raisa due to her struggle with lupus, the actor and singer revealed. Gomez disclosed in an Instagram post that she has been out of the spotlight this summer because she was recovering from the procedure. The 25-year-old calls the transplant “what I needed to do for my overall health”. Lupus is an autoimmune disease, where the body mistakenly attacks its own tissues, sometimes including the kidneys. We wish her the best of health!



HSY announces solo show

HSY announced that he will be hosting a private show in Karachi later this year. The award-winning designer, who made his solo debut in 2001, is going to showcase his Fall/Winter Couture 2017 collection in December. “I am delighted to announce our 2017 couture solo show in the warm and wonderful city of Karachi; the city which stands as a major fashion force for the House of HSY,” he shared in a press statement. “With our brands’ natural evolution and in line with the international fashion movement too, we believe in the strength and power of having our own show in order to fully share the entire HSY experience; empowering our brand and giving its innate aesthetic more liberty to express its spirit. While this does mean we have therefore decided not to participate at any fashion weeks this year, we are delighted to come back full circle to the luxury and vision of a solo show and look forward to presenting our work on our own platform at the end of this year.” We cant wait!



Lala Begum wins Best Screenplay at the DCSAFF Film Festival

Pakistani Cinema makes us proud once again! Mehreen Jabbar’s directorial, Lala Begum — a short film has won a lot of critical acclaim from the day it released. The cast of the film includes Marina Khan, Sonia Rehman and Humayun Saeed. The screenplay of the film is written by Muhammad Ahmed. But the film bags the award for best screenplay at the 6th Annual Washington DC South Asian Film Festival (DCSAFF). DCSAFF is a very prestigious cultural event held in Washington that showcases the best in alternative cinema from India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
