Six civilians martyred, 26 injured in Indian firing along Working Boundary

ISLAMABAD:
The death toll from Indian firing along Working Boundary in Charwa and Harpal sectors since Thursday has reached six, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said on Friday. The martyred include four women.

In a statement, military's media wing said 26 people, including 15 women and five children, sustained injuries in the attack.


Punjab Rangers, the ISPR added, befittingly responded on posts targeting civilian population.

"Indian brutality on World Peace Day martyred six innocent Pakistanis, injured 26 along working boundary in Chappar/Harpal/Charwa Sector," DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor tweeted.
