Kangana Ranaut has been making headlines of late, thanks to her explosive interviews and the AIB video that preceded the release of her latest film Simran.

Although the Hansel Mehta directorial has been receiving mixed reactions from critics, TV actor Shehkar Suman recently took to Twitter to share his disappointment over the film and apparently, his comments were targeted at Kangana.



"Itna hungama itna shor nateeja? Khoda pahaar nikli chuhiya," read Shekhar's tweet. Could this be a jab at the extensive promotions done for Simran and its mediocre performance at the box office.

Although, the reality TV judge later claimed that his statement was not targeted at Kangana and was a 'general statement,' twitterati were quick to point out how he was wrong.
