Former K-P MPA gunned down

The motive behind the attack has not been determined as yet

LOWER DIR: Former Jamiat Ulama-e-Islam-Fazal (JUI-F) provincial lawmaker Hashim Khan was gunned down along with his relative Ajab Khab when unidentified men opened fire on his vehicle in Lower Dir on Thursday. They were returning from a funeral.

Hashim Khan and Ajab Khan were killed, while their driver sustained injuries in the incident near Tazagram, Shalam Baba Road.



The motive behind the attack had not been determined when this report was filed. Police have started investigations.

Hashim was a former Member Provincial Assembly in K-P for the PML-N and had recently joined JUI-F.
