Two girls drowned on Wednesday in Tarbela Lake at Kindar Hassan Zai village of Torghar district. According to reports, two friends, on aged 10 and the other eight, were playing on the bank of the lake, when the accidently went into deep water and drowned. Local people retrieved the body of one of the victim while the search for the other was still underway. Funeral prayer of the deceased child was offered in her native village Kinder Hassan Zai.
