Heavy Rains: Minor girl killed, four others injured

JHANG: A child was killed while four other minors sustained serious injuries when the roof of a house collapsed due to heavy rains near Baba Moj Daria. Rescue 1122 sources said the dilapidated roof of a house caved in due to heavy rain in the morning at link Chiniot Road near Baba Moj Daria. Five children including Faizan, Chamman, Zaman, Tayeba and Rimsha were buried under the debris. Rescue 1122 teams reached at the spot and pulled out the victims from the debris but Tayebba, 9, died on the spot. Four children were shifted to DHQ Hospital Jhang but their condition was stated to be serious.
