ISLAMABAD: More Chinese student will be sent to the National University of Modern Languages (NUML) as part of exchange programmes apart from joint research initiatives between China and Pakistan.

This was stated by Chinese Association of Higher Education President Du Yubo who met with senior officials of National University of Modern Languages (NUML) on Tuesday.

During the meeting, he noted that NUML is playing an extraordinary role in promoting Chinese language and culture in Pakistan.

He added that more Chinese students will be sent to the varsity to enhance the students exchange programme and start joint research initiatives.

Speaking with NUML Rector Major General (retired) Ziauddin Najam during a visit to the varsity, Yubo said that both countries will make all out efforts to strengthen bilateral relations.
