Livestock dept registers 200 facilitators

MULTAN: Livestock department has registered 200 facilitators for promoting standard artificial insemination in cattle across the district.

The facilitators were already performing services in rural areas but they were not registered with livestock department. This was said by Livestock Additional Director Dr Sabtain on Tuesday. He said the facilitators were being imparted latest training as some of them were not properly trained.



Livestock department registered them with the objective to train them and get more benefits from their working. About veterinary quacks, the additional director stated that the department registered three FIRs against quacks.
