Credit Card Fraud: 2 arrested, 7 bogus cards seized

Federal Investigation Agency arrested two men suspected of credit card fraud.

LAHORE: The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) on Tuesday arrested two men suspected of credit card fraud and recovered seven counterfeit credit cards, cash and CNICs from them. A raid was conducted on Multan Road on Tuesday under the supervision of Sajid Akram Chaudhry, the FIA NR-3C deputy director. Muhammad Asif Shehzad and Usman Butt were arrested. FIA officials said that 260 packets of cooking oil that were purchased using the cards were also seized. A case was registered with the Cyber Crime Circle police station.
