Terror network involved in planting IEDs in Bara 'busted'
IBO conducted in Khyber Agency, says ISPR
The Frontier Corps (FC) "busted" on Tuesday a terrorist network involved in planting and facilitating improvised explosive devices (IED) in Fata.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, the forces conducted the intelligence based operation (IBO) in Bara, Khyber Agency.
The incident came a day after six FC men were martyred and two others wounded when their patrol vehicle hit a roadside bomb in the Harnai district of Balochistan.
Pakistan, as part of the war on terror, has been battling militancy since years, with hundreds of soldiers and militants killed in the fighting.
