SUKKUR: Recently, Pemra, the country’s electronic media regulator, took timely action by issuing notices to TV channels for broadcasting an advertisement inciting reverence to black magic as a solution to various life problems. This is very important for the Pakistani society where the people are anything but massively inclined towards superstitions, black magic and rather hazardous practices to get common everyday problems resolved.
