A trader, Ameet Kumar, was going deposit Rs150,000 when three armed men on a motorcycle intercepted him near Jamia Mosque.
They snatched the cash and a mobile phone from him and fled.
A nearby police team heard the trader’s shouts and chased the robbers, who were arrested near Murad Wah after a brief encounter.
The accused have been identified as Dilbar Solangi, Najam Din Solangi and Yaro Brohi.
