Noor Zaman along with his aides submitted an application against the former member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) for embezzling millions of rupees in developmental schemes in her constituency.

“Miss Ayesha Gulalai, Member National Assembly (PTI reserved member) and her father Mr Shamsul Qayyum S/O Abdul Qayyum are found involved in embezzlement/corruption in various provincial development schemes, which needs to be investigated on a priority basis,” said the reference.
According to Gulalai’s former secretary, he would submit another application in the K-P Ehtisab Commission after NAB.
“I went to the governor house thrice with Gulalai where I was always left at the gate. I have no information about the conversations that took place inside the house,” said Zaman.
The former secretary of Gulalai had admitted on Monday that he aided and abetted her in the corruption of millions of rupees in developmental projects in her constituency.
Zaman said Gulalai had taken bribes and commission from people through him. He had threatened to present all evidence before the Ehtisab Commission and NAB if Gulalai did not apologise to PTI Chairman Imran Khan for levelling baseless allegations suggesting he sent her unsolicited text messages.
Gulalai’s ex-secretary accuses her of corruption
The MNA’s former secretary said that Gulalai received 14 per cent commission from a contractor for the construction of eight kilometres link road in Bannu and Rs700,000 for another project in Lakki Marwat.
“I remained silent for four years for the sake of my son’s job because Gulalai promised my son a job in the government department,” said Zaman.
