Shah Rukh Khan, Anushka Sharma andImtiaz Ali had made a stop at a betel leaf vendor's shop or more commonly known as a regular Paani ki dukaan in Banaras. Shah Rukh enjoyed a meetha paan  at this particular spot during the promotions of their film Jab Harry Met Sejal, reports Business of Cinema. And what happened next was amazing!

The film team were pleasantly surprised to learn that the shop they made a stop for paan belonged to a 70-year-old vendor and was called 'Tambulam Paan shop'. The film team then satisfied their appetites for a 'chilled meetha paan' assorted for them by elderly shop owner, Satish Kumar.

Kumar's thrill and joy knew no bounds after meeting  King Khan. As soon as  the Badshah of Bollywood left  the shop, flocks of town dwellers drifted to the shop, demanding for the same flavour of meetha paan that Shah Rukh savoured and the delicacy became a sought after treat after its association with the Kal Ho Na Ho star.

"After Shah Rukh Khan has come and eaten paan at my shop, I am getting nonstop requests for exactly the same paan he ate. Not just from Varanasi, but I am getting calls from other cities also to parcel and send that paan," shared the paan shop owner who turned popular overnight.

"So I decided to have that paan separately in my menu. It's the most expensive paan that I have on my list," he adds.

Now Satish Kumar has named a special meetha paan after Shah Rukh Khan which will be available at his paan shop, for INR35, and we can bet that this edition of the delicacy will be amongst his best sellers.
