Meanwhile, Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Minister Hafiz Hafeezur Rehman also called on the prime minister and congratulated him on being elected as the premier.
Apprising the prime minister on the status of various ongoing development projects, the CM extended an invitation to Abbasi for visiting G-B. “The government is determined for socioeconomic uplift of G-B and will continue to extend its all-out support in this regard,” the prime minister was quoted as saying.
The prime minister also met Punjab Governor Rafique Rajwana and discussed matters of mutual interest.
