Gulalai has been given 10 days to prove her accusations before the party files a defamation case against her.
The notice was issued on behalf of PTI Central Coordinator Javed Badar by Advocate Ahsan Javed.
It has been sent to Gulalai's residence and parliament lodges.

Gulalai, an MNA from South Waziristan, had announced on Tuesday that she was leaving the PTI and claimed that women affiliated with the party faced constant harassment from within the party ranks.
“It is my integrity that matters to me the most,” the MNA told reporters. “I cannot compromise when it comes to my honour and dignity.”
She alleged that women working with the party received lewd text messages, and she could not put up with this any longer.

“I salute Ayesha Gulalai for taking a stand and showing such courage to expose him [Imran Khan] and others in his party,” he told reporters.
Besides, a reference was filed with the election commission seeking Khan’s disqualification as a lawmaker citing the harassment allegations levelled by Gulalai.
