Suicide: Banker jumps in front of train

A banker commits suicide by jumping in front of a Karachi-bound train.

MULTAN: A banker committed suicide by jumping in front of a Karachi-bound train at Double Phatak, Nadrabad, near the railway station on Sunday.

The man was identified as Mohammad Sebtain Zaigam, a resident of Surij Miani who worked as an officer at Allied Bank Limited. Police officials have not yet identified the reason for the suicide.

However, Abbas’s friend said he was depressed due to a protracted illness which also meant he would lose his job. Abbas’s body has been shifted to Nishtar Hospital for an autopsy. He had four children.
