LAHORE: A judicial magistrate granted bail to the daughter of Pakistan Muslim League-N MPA’s in another FIR for allegedly threatening the uncle of 16-year-old domestic helper, who was allegedly tortured to death at her house.

Police still clueless about domestic worker's whereabouts

The accused Fauzia, the daughter of MPA Shah Jahan, was granted bail after furnishing bail bonds of Rs50,000. According to the FIR, the accused had not only kept his minor nephew in her illegal custody but also used to torture him. The accused did not allow them to meet the deceased and her sister with their parents and whenever their parents tried to visit them she kicked them out of her house.

Police recover another tortured child maid 

While Fauzia in her bail petition contended that she was implicated in a forged case merely to humiliate her and blackmail her and she had nothing to do with this case. The complainant Muhammad Aslam, father of the minor, had registered a case against Fauzia and she is on bail in the murder case.
