Your Stars Today

Aries | March 20 – April 18

You achieved a lot over the past month or so while your ruler Mars was accenting family and domestic obligations, but now that it’s in passionate Leo, you’re having more fun. Better yet, having already dealt with so many practical matters and obligations, you can have those good times free of any guilt.

Taurus | April 19 – May 19

It’s been a demanding past several weeks, so much so, you’re longing for a quiet break. Consequently, only recently, you’d have sworn there was no chance that you’d even discuss changes on the domestic side of your life. Yet this, too, needs to change, if not catch up with new ideas.

Gemini | May 20 – June 20

By no means are you narrow minded. Still, you regard certain activities and individuals as boring, or at least you did until recently. Over the past month or so, a series of unexpected and, frequently, delightful encounters and experiences have changed your attitude and made your life a lot more interesting.

Cancer | June 21 – July 21

As a Cancerian, you’ll sometimes mull over an unsettling discussion or perplexing clash with somebody until you fully understand what was behind it. This is especially the case now. While some will soon become clear, others will require considerable patience. Still, the resulting insights will be worth waiting for.

Leo | July 22 – August 21

The recent Leo New Moon roused both reflections on the past and ideas about what’s next, and constitutes a sort of personal New Year. Ordinarily, that would be that. But with a rare, second Leo New Moon in a month’s time, on 21 August, you’ll have ample opportunity to explore your options.

Virgo | August 22 – September 21

Usually, you’re the first to note things that aren’t working or just don’t make sense, analyse the situation and take action. Yet recently you’ve been distracted by a range of activities and obligations. Now that you’re reviewing the state of certain arrangements, it’s clear they need a rethink. And very soon.

Libra | September 22 – October 22

Last minute changes in plan may be necessary but they’re also causing you considerable distress. You keep thinking of minor problems that could upset others. While that’s possible, they’re well aware of the circumstances in question and will take that into account should they find themselves in any way inconvenienced.

Scorpio | October 23 – November 21

Obviously, your priority is to regain ground lost due to recent setbacks. Unfair as these seem at the moment, bide your time. Within a few days, if not hours, you’ll realise the degree to which these arrangements have been hampering progress. This is your chance to disentangle yourself from them for good.

Sagittarius | November 22 – December 20

The ideas or offers that appeared a few days ago were so thrilling that you’re still excited. While there’s no reason you shouldn’t feel this upbeat about these, it’s worth remembering that they’re taking place during a period of dramatic and, often, unanticipated change. Knowing that, you’ll ensure plans are flexible.

Capricorn | December 21 – January 18

Long ago you learnt that trying to please everybody isn’t just challenging, it can distract you from your own objectives. Yet in one particular situation, you’re dealing with a certain individual or an organisation that could cause you serious complications. Knowing that, you’re probably better off doing things their way.

Aquarius | January 19 – February 17

Are you feeling restless or ready to make some changes, but not sure why? That’s no surprise. The recent New Moon, with its accompanying fresh perspective, is kick-starting the cycle of change that will begin in earnest with August’s two eclipses. For now, explore everything. Decisions can wait until later.

Pisces | February 18 – March 19

Now that the Sun and forthright Mars have moved to accent various practical obligations, you’ll finally have time to tackle these. The fact is, you’ve been avoiding them, mostly because you’re conscious that the views of certain individuals differ substantially from yours. Now events give you no choice but to talk things out.
