Appalling conditions

I would request the customer care department of Daewoo bus service to consider their issues and resolve them

KARACHI: Recently, I got a chance to travel from D G Khan to Karachi through the Daewoo bus service. To my utter surprise, the service totally left me disgusted. The vehicle itself was dilapidated. Not only one but every bus stationed at the terminal were the same. The services that distinguish Daewoo from any regular bus service were neglected, ie, headphones were not available for passengers and LCDs had technical issues. Adding to the misery, the refreshment boxes merely had a couple of ticky packs that no one has probably ever heard of.

Anyone paying comparatively higher fares than any regular bus service is definitely not willing to accept standards that are lower than their expectations. Though, the bus service has their own terminals, which are gradually increasing in number, their ambiance and customer care are being neglected. Disgusting washrooms, congested seating and extremely inflated rates of eatables, has left everyone in absolute disappointment.

With no other bus service being established in the near future, we as citizens don’t want to lose the one we trust. As for this reason, I would request the customer care department of Daewoo bus service to consider these issues and resolve them at their earliest.
