KARACHI: Pakistan Navy’s (PN) three day free medical camp at District Headquarters Hospital, Turbat, concluded yesterday. Around 7, 000 people benefited from this medical facility, according to a press release issued by the Inter Service Public Relations (ISPR). In this free medical camp, which was held from April 6 to 8, qualified medical, child, eye and skin specialists participated. The camp provided appropriate treatments to patients and also made efforts to create awareness regarding health issues amongst the local residents. PN medical teams carried out medical examinations of school children and advised their parents to pay attention to their nutritional needs. It may be mentioned that the establishment of free medical camps is a regular feature of the PN’s services for those in need.
