The West indeed is hell-bent on depicting China as the bad-guy and it’s time the world realised this
KARACHI: This is in response to M Ziauddin’s article titled ‘Thucydides, the realist’, published on July 15th. It is needless to say that the author’s hindsight is truly commendable. Drawing a striking connection with the principles of US President Donald Trump’s advisers and the Greek historian-warrior Thucydides, gives us a much-needed comprehension of the way Trump’s administration is dealing with its foreign policy, especially when it concerns China.
The West indeed is hell-bent on depicting China as the bad-guy and it’s time the world realised this before falling victims to their propaganda.
