Socks factory reduced to ashes

FAISALABAD: A socks factory was reduced to ashes in the Factory Area police station precincts on Friday. According to Rescue 1122 officials, a fire broke out in a sock manufacturing factory due to a short circuit. The factory belonged to Muhammad Rafique and was situated at Mandi Quarters. Receiving information, three vehicles of Rescue 1122 rushed to the spot and brought the fire under control after 45 minutes. Manufacturing materials were reduced to ashes. However, no loss of life was reported in the incident.
