Poor Performance: Over 100 policemen fined
50 policemen were served show-cause notices in the past three months.
This was stated by District Police Officer (DPO) Syed Ali Mohsin while presiding over a meeting of Patrolling Post in-charges of the district. The DPO took serious notice of the poor performance of different patrolling posts and warned the in-charges that negligence of duty would not be tolerated.
The DPO directed all the in-charges to cooperate with Station House Officers of their areas and formulate a joint strategy to ensure safety for commuters.
